Beetroot, Chilli and Dark Chocolate Cup Cakes

I made these Chilli and Beetroot Cup Cakes as a treat for our friends visiting from Vienna. They are made with my favourite Willies Venezuela 72 dark chocolate and a refreshing cream cheese icing.
