I picked up some of your Chocolate, Pear and Courgette cakes on Monday night at the London Bee Show out of more out of curiosity than greediness. They were really very, very good with a great density and perfect balance of flavours and not too sweet. This is rare these days in a cupcake so I then wished I bought more. Will have to come and visit you at The Railway for more supplies
